The Wallaroos squad is selected from Australian players plying their trade in Super Rugby Women’s, as well as playing in premier grade competitions nationwide.

The Wallaroos have completed their 2024 season, winning their first-ever major title in the WXV 2, and qualifying for the 2025 Rugby World Cup in England following their most recent victory over Scotland.

Wallaroos coach Jo Yapp named 30 players in the squad for two September tests against Ireland and Wales and the WXV2 tournament, with four changes from the July Test block.

Star Piper Duck missed Australia’s matches in South Africa and Europe after undergoing ankle surgery, while uncapped trio Lucy Dinnen, Ashley Fernandez and Tiarah Minns made their debuts on the tour.
